Re-Delivery Fees

Re-delivery Fees For All Goods/Products To One Location.
Please Ensure All Information For Delivery Is Correct And Accurate. If Possible, Please Provide Receiver’s Contact By Leaving A Note At The Checkout Page Or Contact Us. Thank You.


Unfortunately, unsuccessful/rejected delivery can happen!

You can either choose to arrange self-collection at Clementi (no payment needed) or pay a re-delivery fees if you need us to send to same/another location.

As flowers are perishable items, we urge you to make the payment or self-collect it as soon as possible. We will not be liable for the condition of the flowers should there be any delay in payment or collection. On the 4th day (from the first delivery date), the bouquet/arrangement will be discarded if no payment or self-collection is made.

For re-delivery:
1) Order will only be re-delivered after we received the payment.
2) Re-delivery date and timing will be subjected to our delivery schedule and availability.

For self-collection:
1) Collection at Clementi Station – Control Station Area or Exit B (Carpark)
2) Contact us / Whatsapp to arrange for collection date and time.
